What is being asked for

Purchasing a larger volume 3D resin printer.

Also proposing a re-organisation of the 3d print room (painting previously approved) to make less messy and less intimidating for new users.

Plus I commit to running "intro to resin" evenings.

Why/how this will be good to have

Simple and efficient to use like the current Sonic Mini, but allowing larger print volume. The current Sonic Mini 4K has been very easy to use, compared to the old D7, and is perfect for the space, and is generating a lot of interest with new members.

The size is somewhat restrictive, all right for miniatures, but larger pieces are not really practical. This new printer would allow resin quality and a build plate around half the size of the Ender.

200 x 125 x 220 mm versus 134 x 75 x 130 mm (Sonic Mini 4k) This is an increase of approx 250%

We can print in parts, but a lot of stuff in now bought as pre-supported stls, this can make sub-slicing difficult.

for reference the Ender build plate is 220 x 220mm.

This would benefit our members by allowing them to print larger 3D resin prints at higher quality.
