We aim to make this a useful resource for all Hackspace members. You should feel empowered to make improvements but please make the effort to put things in the right place. If in doubt ask in Slack #wiki channel.
Important to know
Our wiki uses the same platform as Wikipedia, so any tutorials on editing wikipedia pages apply here too.
- Everyone should feel empowered to add content
- Any change can be reverted
- Pages are viewable by anyone on the Internet
- You must be logged into change anything
- Currently we are not being indexed by Google and so should not appear in searches.
How to create a new page
You simply add a link to an existing page by using a pair of square brackets around the word you wish to become the title of the new page: [[Norwich Hackspace]]
After saving clicking on this stub link will allow you to edit the new page.
How to add a category
A page can become part of a category by using: [[Category:Equipment]]
