What is being asked for
Why/how this will be good to have
Large format CNC cutting has been an ongoing ask for a number of years and the current large format cutter the Maslow has never been able to deliver this requirement due to various factors.
The Maslow is slow, takes up a fair bit of space and is complicated by it's design and despite best efforts to get it in to a working useable tool it's never quite got there.
The Yeti Smart Bench offers a simple under 10 minute setup time to be ready to go, it can be stored out of the way when not being used due to it's modular nature and could even be used outside of the Hackspace (rental revenue)
