The day they really want us to cover is Tuesday 26th October, which is "Engineering Day". They have offered (and Percy has suggested) the Monday 25th which is "Digital Day". So we need to cover 26th, and if we can cover 25th even better.

Area Setup
Total Area 4m x 3m, two power sockets (we need to bring extention leads), wi-fi (Library and Forum,) they can provide tables.
Equipment to bring on day
It will probably be best to set this up at the Hackspace a few days ahead as everything has to be moved to the Forum either very late the day before or very early morning on the day. Ideally we want to move everything in as quickly as possible.
